Letter P week
Making Personal Pizzas and wearing PJs was one highlight of "P" week. The kids were so excited to wear their pajama's!
The week ended with the biggest highlight... PIONEER DAY!!!

The kids learned so much about what it took to live in pioneer times. They made butter, learned about quilting, spinning wool into yarn, washed clothes using a wash board, played games that children would have played during those times, and even did some square dancing! What a fun-filled day!!!

A huge thank you to all the parent volunteers who helped make this fun event possible!!!

We've had a busy New Year!!
Using eyedroppers and water to make compressed sponge "grow". The kids loved their snowflake and couldn't wait to take them home! I hope they were able to tell you about we "made" them.
Jacks and Jenga were fun new games for "J" week.
Theo's mom visited our class and did a fun drawing activity for his birthday. Their drawings of a roadrunner turned out amazing! Thank you Ms. Pepper!!
Last week we learned about Dinosaurs for D week, with the highlight "digging" for fossils.
This week is sure to be "positively productive" for P week!!
Check back soon for pictures:)
